WELCOME
You have found the web site for the Fayette County Genealogical Society located in Washington C. H., Ohio. We have held our meetings at the library for a number of years. However, the library has undergone some major remodeling and we had to make temporary arrangements for our meetings. We reserved a room at the Center for Economics building on the corner of Main and East Streets for our October and November meetings on the third Monday of the month from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
December is our special Christmas dinner at the member's expense or a pot luck dinner at a member's house. The public is always invited to attend and further details will be published in the newspaper. Then on the 3rd Monday in January we will return to a refurbished meeting room at the library and hope to remain there for several years to come.
The Public is always welcome!
If you would like to join the Fayette County Genealogical Society, send $10.00 per household to the address below and you will receive four issues of the Fayette Connection, which is a newsletter published quarterly, and the opportunity to submit free querys to the newsletter.
